VISIONARIES EUROPE Foundation is a Bulgarian non-governmental organization (NGO) established for the public benefit in 2020.

Soft Skills Training & Personal Development
Since our inception, we have designed and delivered a wide range of tailored soft skills training programs for adults in both online and face-to-face environments. Our work focuses on enhancing personal and interpersonal growth through:
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and self-awareness;
Effective Communication and self-expression;
Stress Management and Resilience;
Digital Competencies - framed not just as technical skills, but as the ability to thrive in a tech-driven society.

Key Projects and Initiatives

"20 Small Steps on the Big Path of Life" (2020-2021) A digital series of 20 training sessions focused on mental health, coping mechanisms, and personal effectiveness during global transitions.
"Gift" A long-term initiative promoting creativity and literacy. Activities include creative writing courses, open readings, and the promotion of literature through audio and video formats.
"The Future Starts Today" (2022) is an international strategic partnership with G12 (Spain), funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, focusing on future-ready skills.
"Sofia – STOlica" (2024)
A project dedicated to the preservation of Sofia's cultural heritage. Implementation is pending/upcoming.
"Young Entrepreneur" (2024–2025)
A project led by the Champions Factory Association, where we partner to build financial literacy and an entrepreneurial spirit among young people.

VISIONARIES Academy (Launched in 2024)
An innovative platform for non-formal education specializing in developing key 21st-century competencies. Through international partnerships and local initiatives, we support personal development, cultural heritage, and the entrepreneurial spirit. In 2026, we will continue to build the capacity of our community, focusing on sustainable success.
Our Evolution and Strategy
While our initial focus (2020–2022) was on mitigating the psychological and social impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the foundation has since evolved. Since 2023, our primary goal has been enhancing organizational capacity and expanding our strategic partnership network with local and international stakeholders.At VISIONARIES EUROPE, we believe that building new competencies is the cornerstone of individual well-being and social progress.
